I tell ya, Ghada was a real gem, always checkin’ in on us an’ makin’ sure our family member was looked after. The staff were kind, the food at the restaurant was flat-out good, an’ the pool area had a nice chill vibe. Had a mishap with some water issues in the bathroom, though.

For a unique experience, ask about the available tours of nearby attractions. they can provide insights you might not find on your own.

Two lifts out of order!!! Poorly maintained bathrooms, limited nearby dining options, unreliable internet access, streets outside are crowded and dirty!!!

The Superior Double or Twin Room offers comfortable and clean accommodations, allowing for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread is impressive with plenty of options to help you start your day.

The surroundings scream chaos with dirty streets and major traffic congestion, making getting around a challenge. The hotel shows its age, needing maintenance as rooms sport old furnishings and there have been reports of issues like malfunctioning AC controls. Additionally, guests have complained about abandoned buildings nearby, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. WiFi is hit or miss, leaving many guests disconnected during their stay.

The pool provided a quiet escape from the bustling city. However, some areas need attention. The internet connection was very poor, making it hard to stay connected. Also, the surrounding neighborhood felt chaotic and crowded, with no nearby attractions. There were signs of wear in the hotel, showing its age. Despite those issues, my stay was enjoyable, and the room comfort made up for a lot of the inconvenience.

the amarante pyramids hotel has a beautiful heated swimming pool with waterfalls, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the staff were attentive and friendly, especially at the reception, which made our check-in smooth.

During our stay, we really appreciated how Ghada, who assisted the front office director, was incredibly supportive and attentive to our family's needs, especially given a family member's health issues. The restaurant offered excellent food, and all the staff were helpful, assisting us with our luggage and ensuring a comfortable experience. It was a pleasant surprise to find such caring service throughout our visit, making everything more manageable as we explored nearby attractions like the Taha Hussein Museum and Clock Square.

The staff was super supportive, especially Ghada. The Standard Room had great amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The pool area was nice, with sun loungers and umbrellas. Very spacious and clean. The shower was refreshing!

The hotel offers a lovely atmosphere with spacious rooms, and the breakfast staff, especially Zineb and Mahmoud, are incredibly welcoming and go the extra mile to assist with requests. Plus, the swimming pool area is a great spot to unwind and relax after a day of exploring.
